Straight from the Wang Mariew’s agricultural learning center, our volunteers harvested a purple egg plant, green eggplant, and basil! This surplus food from P’Som Chai’s farm was put to some use to create a nutritious meal for the group!
We sliced, sautéed, and served fresh organic ingredients, developing a first-hard experience in the joy of growing our own food.
